Housing Construction Investments

Creating and preserving affordable homes through partnerships with local governments and developers. These investments are adding more than 1,000 new homes across Bernalillo County and Las Cruces.

Homelessness Services Investments

Investing in facilities like the Gateway Centers and Juniper Flats, which provide shelter, treatment, and long-term housing for more than 2,000 residents each year.

Programs for Young People Experiencing Homelessness & Housing Instability

Connecting youth and families to housing support, education, and workforce opportunities and working with young people statewide to improve how homelessness services are designed and delivered.

Permanent Supportive & Transitional Housing Investments

Supporting short-term housing options like the Comfort Inn transformation in Bernalillo County, which helps individuals and families transition from crisis to stable housing.
